The National Company Law Tribunal invites applications for the post of Joint Registrar at its Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Mumbai benches.
Position: Joint Registrar
Number of Posts: 03 (Three)
Locations: Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Mumbai
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals, statutory organisations, or State/Higher Judicial Service.
- Experience:
- Holding an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or
- A post in level-12 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission with five years of regular service, or
- A post in level-11 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission with ten years of regular service.
- Experience:
- Education: Degree in law from a recognized university.
- Skills: Experience in personnel and administrative matters.
