Essential Qualifications and Experience
Academic/Scholar:
Up to the rank of Professor with an outstanding track record in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and related fields.
Retired Officials:
Retired officials of IP Offices with 5 years or more experience as Controller of Patent & Design, Registrar of Trademark & Geographical Indications, or Registrar of Copyrights.
Knowledge:
Good understanding of the latest national and international research trends and developments in the relevant area.
Professional Reputation:
An established reputation in the field of IPR with significant contributions to the field (substantiated by credentials).
