Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Position:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- With five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
- Education: Possessing a Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Eligibility: Officers under the Central Government, State Government, autonomous bodies, statutory organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Supreme Court, or High Courts.
