Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must fulfill one of the following requirements:
- High Court Judge: Currently serving or having previously served as a Judge of a High Court.
- District Judge: Having served for a total of ten years as a District Judge and Additional District Judge.
- Experienced Advocate: Having ten years of experience as an advocate with a focus on environmental and forest litigation in the National Green Tribunal, High Court, or Supreme Court.
