Position:
- Role: Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation and Court Appearances:
- Represent clients in matrimonial, commercial, and other litigation matters.
- Appear in High Court, NCLT, DRT, and consumer forums.
- Drafting and Documentation:
- Draft legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Advisory and Consultation:
- Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on various legal matters.
- Develop strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
- Client Management:
- Maintain and build relationships with clients.
- Ensure effective communication and updates on case progress.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
- Work with other team members on interdisciplinary legal matters.
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and training programs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation.
- Location: Preference given to candidates residing in South Bangalore.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Skills:
- Strong drafting skills and experience in court appearances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
