Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- The candidate should have retired from the Central Government from posts equivalent to Under Secretary (Pay Level-11 as per 7th CPC) or above, with at least three years of experience in the relevant field.
- A bachelor’s degree in law is required.
- The applicant must be proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
