Empanelment of Advocates at Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), Mumbai Zone
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Zonal Office, Mumbai, under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, invites applications for Panel Counsel(s) for the block year 2024-2027. The selected advocates will represent the Central Board, EPF before the NCLT, Mumbai.

Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
- Professional Qualifications:
- Registered/enrolled with a Bar Council.
- For Supreme Court, must be registered as Advocates-on-Record.
- Experience:
- High Court and State Courts: Minimum of 7 years of professional/court practice experience.
- Supreme Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT: Minimum of 10 years’ experience.
- Relaxation of Conditions:
- The Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax experience requirements or introduce additional qualifications as deemed fit.
