The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) invites applications for the post of Special Public Prosecutors to conduct trials of CBI cases in Trial Courts located in Kerala and the Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
Position: Special Public Prosecutor
Location: Kerala and U.T. of Lakshadweep
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A degree in LL.B.
- Professional Requirements:
- Enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Minimum 10 years of standing as an Advocate, with experience handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
- Unconditional willingness/consent to work on general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India.
