Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Zonal Office, Mumbai, under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, invites applications for empanelment as Panel Counsel(s) to represent the Central Board, EPF before various judicial forums in the North-East Region for the block year 2025-28.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
- Professional Requirements:
- Enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- Minimum 7 years of professional/court practice experience for High Courts and other State Courts.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience for NCLAT and NCLT.
- The Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax the experience or specify additional qualifications/conditions as deemed fit.
