Essential Qualification and Experience
- Must have a Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Law from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the UGC.
- Must have passed the Government Technical Examination with:
- 120 w.p.m. in English Shorthand. (If unavailable, Lower Grade Shorthand will be considered.)
- Typewriting Higher Grade in English (45 w.p.m.). (If unavailable, Lower Grade Typewriting will be considered.)
- Must possess knowledge or qualification in computer operation.
