Empanelment Of Advocates Vacancy At Khadi And Village Industries Commission
The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) invites applications for the Empanelment of Advocates to provide legal opinions and contest cases in various courts/tribunals, including the Hon’ble High Court, Srinagar.
Name of the Post: Advocate
Essential Qualification and Experience:
For eligibility, an advocate must meet one of the following criteria:
(a) Have at least 10 years of standing practice at the bar; or
(b) Possess at least 5 years’ experience handling legal matters for KVIC during their employment with the organization (work allocation orders proving the legal work experience must be submitted along with the application).
