Essential Qualification and Experience

Consultant (IQAC)

Post-Graduate/ CA/ CS/ LL.B. Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Strong academic writing skills and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in a higher educational institute or institute of repute.
Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software packages.

Consultant (Admin.)

Post-Graduate/ CA/ CS/ LL.B. Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Strong command over English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Educational Institute of Government/ Autonomous Body/ University.
Experience in handling recruitment, service matters, office procedures, RTI matters, reservations, court matters, and other establishment-related tasks.

Consultant (HR)

Post-Graduate/ CA/ CS/ LL.B. Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office.
Strong command over English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, at least at the level of Assistant Registrar or above, in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Educational Institute of Government/ Autonomous Body/ University.
Experience in handling recruitment, service matters, office procedures, RTI matters, reservations, court matters, and other HR-related tasks.
