The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) invites applications for the post of Young Professional (Legal) on a contractual basis.
Position Details:
- Post: Young Professional (Legal)
- Number of Vacancies: 02
- Location:
- 1 at Head Office, New Delhi
- 1 at Regional Office, Pune
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
- Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable)
- Type of Appointment: Contract basis
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in:
- Legal/financial documentation
- Mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation
- Recovery suits/claims, SARFAESI matters
- Litigation in various courts/tribunals
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banks or financial institutions.
- Must be proficient in using computers and legal software.
