Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Officers of the Central Government:
- (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
- (ii) With 2 years’ regular service in the pay band-2 (₹9300-34800) + Grade Pay ₹4800 (Level-8) or equivalent; or
- (iii) With 3 years’ regular service in pay band-2 + Grade Pay ₹4600 (Level-7) or equivalent; or
- (iv) With 8 years’ regular service in pay band-2 + Grade Pay ₹4200 (Level-6) or equivalent.
- Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institution.
- 3 years’ experience in Judicial or Legal work relating to Customs, Excise and Service Tax matters.
