Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized University.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or a Law Firm.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents, commercial contracts, and legal agreements.
- Good knowledge of RBI/NBFC regulations, Contract Law, IT Laws, Data Privacy, Consumer Protection, Insolvency Laws, and Aadhaar Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review loan, security, and commercial agreements.
- Handle legal documentation for retail, SME, and digital lending products.
- Advise on Fixed Deposit products, customer journeys, and digital lending compliance.
- Prepare and update legal templates, contracts, and promotional terms.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory, contractual, and business matters.
- Coordinate with business, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting financial products.
