1. Legal Consultant – 04 Posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates must:

• Possess an LL.B. degree, either a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated course.
• Have completed the course from an institute approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
• Have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate in LL.B.
• Possess at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Desirable Experience and Skills

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Have completed a 5-year integrated LL.B. from a National Law University in India.
• Have a good PG CLAT score for the respective years 2023, 2024 or 2025.
• Have three years of post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the Legal Division of a Central Government/PSU, State Government/PSU, registered company, or established law firm.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

• Drafting, vetting and execution of legal documents;
• Agreements, contracts and MoUs;
• Legal due diligence;
• Analysis of legal and commercial documents.

Areas of Legal Expertise

Candidates should have knowledge and expertise in areas including:

• Corporate and commercial laws;
• Company law;
• Consumer Protection Act;
• Securities laws;
• Merger, acquisition and takeover laws;
• Cyber laws;
• Intellectual Property Rights laws;
• Telecom regulatory and licensing laws/rules;
• Indian Telegraph Act;
• Conveyancing;
• Civil and criminal matters;
• Administrative and service matters;
• Labour issues;
• Taxation;
• Arbitration, including domestic and international arbitration;
• International laws;
• Litigation;
• Administrative law; and
• RTI Act.

Candidates should also be net-savvy and capable of working effectively in a computerized environment.

2. Real Estate Legal Consultant – 01 Post

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.), either a 3-year or 5-year integrated course, from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in handling:

• Land matters;
• Revenue matters; and
• Immovable property-related matters.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Candidates should have working knowledge of:

• Examination and verification of land title documents;
• Revenue records such as Khasra, Khatauni and Jamabandi;
• Mutation proceedings;
• Registration and conveyancing procedures;
• Land acquisition and compensation matters;
• Encumbrance verification; and
• Property due diligence.

Candidates should also be proficient in drafting and vetting:

• Legal documents;
• Agreements;
• Conveyance deeds;
• Legal notices;
• Legal opinions; and
• Other property-related documentation.
