Essential Qualification and Experience

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Company Secretary (CS)
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• MBA in Finance

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, Audit or Governance functions.
