Essential Qualification and Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Engineering / Professional Studies [BBA / BCA etc.] with Bachelor Degree in Law including five years integrated BA / B.Sc. / B. Com. / BBA LLB.
• The candidate having 5 years of experience in appearing/attending and conducting/handling of cases matters of different nature before various courts, tribunals, quasi-judicial bodies and other forums. Experience of handling arbitration cases and being well-versed with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and new amendments therein. Drafting/interpreting commercial documents, agreements, contracts, pleadings, replies, notices, affidavits, deeds, claims, letters etc. Providing legal opinions & vetting of all types of documents relating to the company’s day-to-day business. Knowledge of all applicable rules, laws and regulations etc.
