The Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench in Mumbai is pleased to announce vacancies for the positions of Deputy Secretary and Section Officer/Tribunal Officer on a deputation basis.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Deputy Secretary:
- Eligible candidates include officers from Central or State Governments, Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, or Statutory/Autonomous bodies with pensionary benefits.
- Required Experience:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
- Five years of regular service in the parent cadre or department at Level-10 of the Pay Matrix.
- Six years of regular service in the parent cadre or department at Level-8 of the Pay Matrix.
- Seven years of regular service in the parent cadre or department at Level-7 of the Pay Matrix.
- Five years of experience in personnel and administrative or judicial work.
- Desirable: A degree in law from a recognized university.
Section Officer/Tribunal Officer:
- Candidates should be working under Central or State Governments, Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, or Statutory/Autonomous bodies with pensionary benefits.
- Required Experience:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
- Five years of regular service at Level-5 of the Pay Matrix (29200 – 92300).
- Two years of experience in personnel, administrative, or judicial work.
- Desirable: A degree in law from a recognized university.
