The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has invited applications from eligible practicing Advocates for empanelment as Panel Advocates to represent ESIC before various courts, tribunals and judicial/quasi-judicial forums across all districts of Uttarakhand.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council and be actively practicing law.
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University in India.
- For matters before the Hon’ble High Court and various benches of CAT, applicants should have at least 10 years of professional experience.
- For district-level courts and other forums, applicants should have at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Have a sound professional reputation and good communication skills.
- Possess adequate office infrastructure, including an accessible office/chamber, staff and communication facilities.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to Advocates having experience in:
- Labour Laws;
- Social Security Laws;
- Service Matters; and
- Allied legislations.
Applicants should be capable of representing ESIC before:
- High Court;
- Employees’ Insurance Courts;
- District and Subordinate Courts;
- Magistrate Courts;
- Labour Courts;
- Consumer Forums;
- Tribunals, including CAT; and
- Other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Candidates should also be well conversant with the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, Code on Social Security, 2020, applicable Rules and Regulations, Labour Codes and other relevant laws.
