Educational Qualification

- Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle.
- Resolving commercial legal disputes and pre-litigation matters.
- Reviewing business programs and developing legal terms and conditions.
- Reviewing and approving promotional materials and advertisements to ensure legal compliance.
- Advising business teams on new initiatives and commercial transactions.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for legal compliance.
Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
