Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
    • Procurement Contracts
    • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
    • Sales Agreements
    • Advertising Agreements
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle.
  • Resolving commercial legal disputes and pre-litigation matters.
  • Reviewing business programs and developing legal terms and conditions.
  • Reviewing and approving promotional materials and advertisements to ensure legal compliance.
  • Advising business teams on new initiatives and commercial transactions.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for legal compliance.

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Law.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce and Digital Media Laws.
