The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing legal advice to business teams on commercial and operational matters.
- Supporting strategic business initiatives with practical legal solutions.
- Advising stakeholders on legal risks and compliance requirements.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Ensuring contracts align with Amazon’s legal and business requirements.
- Supporting technology, procurement, and commercial transactions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating with leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams.
- Working closely with internal legal teams and external counsel when required.
- Building strong relationships across departments to facilitate business objectives.
Risk & Compliance
- Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Advising on emerging legal developments affecting business operations.
Project Management
- Managing multiple legal projects simultaneously in a dynamic business environment.
- Prioritizing assignments and delivering timely legal support.
