- Structure and negotiate product-specific legal documentation in coordination with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
Product & Regulatory Advisory
- Review and advise on terms and conditions for Fixed Deposit products.
- Handle legal queries relating to:
- Deceased claim settlements
- Powers of Attorney
- Trust Deeds
- Investment-related clauses
- Advise on customer journeys, consent mechanisms, and loan documentation for digital lending products.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements relating to:
- Interest Subvention
- Outsourcing Arrangements
- Service Provider Agreements
- Business Collaborations
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Marketing and Endorsement Agreements
- Escrow Arrangements
- Digital Business Initiatives
Documentation & Policy Development
- Prepare, standardize, and periodically update legal templates for existing and new financial products.
- Draft and vet terms and conditions for promotional campaigns, customer communications, and product disclosures.
Legal Research & Compliance
- Research judicial precedents, statutory amendments, and regulatory developments affecting the BFSI sector.
- Assess the impact of legal and regulatory changes on products, customer journeys, and documentation.
