Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Privacy Compliance & Governance
- Develop data protection policies and procedures in accordance with applicable privacy laws and client requirements.
- Design and implement privacy governance frameworks and compliance programs.
- Monitor organizational data processing activities to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Risk Assessment & Advisory
- Conduct Data Privacy Assessments and identify compliance gaps.
- Perform:
- Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- Risk Assessments
- Recommend mitigation strategies for identified privacy risks.
Privacy Framework Development
- Design and redesign privacy processes and controls.
- Build security and privacy frameworks tailored to client requirements.
- Develop privacy metrics and dashboards for monitoring compliance.
Privacy Tool Implementation
- Support implementation of privacy technology solutions, including:
- Consent & Preference Management
- Data Subject Rights (DSR) Management
- Privacy Workflow Automation
- Compliance Monitoring Tools
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain:
- Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Privacy documentation
- Compliance reports
- Regulatory documentation
Client Advisory & Knowledge Management
- Advise clients on data governance and privacy compliance strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on privacy initiatives.
- Stay updated with global privacy laws and regulatory developments.
- Prepare proposals, white papers, and strategic privacy documents.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across Deloitte’s service lines.
