Essential Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of practice in Criminal Law.
- Excellent understanding of Criminal Law.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Thorough understanding of ethical duties of a defense counsel.
- Must have handled at least 20 criminal trials in Sessions Courts (may be relaxed in exceptional circumstances by the Hon’ble Executive Chairman, SLSA).
- IT knowledge with proficiency in work.
