Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Officers of the Indian Administrative Service or Central Group ‘A’ Services:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department, or
- With five years of regular service in Level 11 in pay matrix (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700).
- Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
- Ten years of experience in administration/establishment matters.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, Finance, or Management from a recognized University/Institute.
