Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Professional Experience:
- Persons holding analogous posts in Central/State Government/Autonomous/Statutory Bodies/PSUs/Recognized Universities/Cooperative Organizations/Financial Institutions, etc., on a regular basis; or
- Five years of regular service in posts carrying Level-10 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent.
- Five years’ experience in recovery cells of reputed banks/financial institutions, including areas of legal recovery suits/claims, SARFAESI Act, and matters relating to litigation in various Courts of Law/Tribunals.
