• Full-Time Graduate and full-time LL.B with 55% marks. The LL.B Degree must be from a University /Institute recognized by the Bar Council of India
• 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience in handling matters related to Civil laws, Commercial law (Contracts, Sale of Goods Act, Interest Act), CPC, IPC, Cr.PC, Arbitration law, Companies Act & Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Partnership Act, and Property Law, etc., before the Hon’ble Supreme Court / High Court/ District Courts including Tribunals.
