The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) invites applications for Empanelment of Panel Counsel.

- Panel Counsel
Essential Qualification and Experience
- The counsel should possess adequate experience in handling cases related to telecommunications, broadcasting, and cable services.
- Must be well-versed with constitutional law and other relevant laws.
Experience Requirements Based on Grade
- Panel Counsel Grade-I: More than 15 years of professional experience in High Courts, TDSAT, CAT, and State Consumer Commission/NCDRC.
- Panel Counsel Grade-II: More than 10 years of professional experience in High Courts, TDSAT, CAT, and State Consumer Commission/NCDRC.
- Panel Counsel Grade-III: More than 7 years of professional experience in High Courts, TDSAT, CAT, District Courts, CIC, and State Consumer Commission/NCDRC.
Other Requirements
- The Advocate must have the necessary infrastructure, including:
- Internet facility
- Printing and scanning facilities
- Sufficient support staff (junior advocates, partners, clerks, etc.) in Delhi/NCR for proper case management.
