The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has invited applications from eligible practicing Advocates for empanelment as Panel Advocates to represent the Corporation before various Courts, Tribunals, and Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums across Karnataka. About the Empanelment

Selected advocates will be empanelled to represent ESIC before:

• High Court
• Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)
• Industrial Courts
• Employees’ Insurance (E.I.) Courts
• District & Subordinate Courts
• State & District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions/Forums
• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• Other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Authorities across Karnataka

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University in India.

Professional Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or the respective State Bar Council.
• Be actively practicing before Courts of Law.

Experience Requirement

For High Court and Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT):

• Minimum 10 years of active legal practice.

For District Courts and other Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums:

• Minimum 5 years of active legal practice.

Other Eligibility Conditions

Applicants should possess:

• Good professional reputation.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Adequate office infrastructure, including:
  • Accessible office/chamber.
  • Supporting staff.
  • Communication facilities.
