Essential Qualification & Experience
Applicants must be officers or employees of:
- Central Government Ministries/Departments
- State Government/UT Departments
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Statutory or Autonomous Bodies
- Other Government Organizations
- Academic or Research Institutions
Candidates should satisfy any one of the following service conditions:
- Four years of regular service in Level-12 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200); or
- Holding an analogous post in E-6 Grade or equivalent; or
- Holding an analogous post in E-5 Grade with four years of regular service or equivalent.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience
- Minimum 17 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in one or more of the following fields:
- Contractual matters
- Arbitration
- Legislative matters
- Land acquisition
Selection Process
Selection will be made in accordance with the deputation guidelines and eligibility criteria prescribed by NHIDCL.
