Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Real Estate Legal Advisory
- Advising business teams on legal issues relating to real estate development projects.
- Providing legal support for land acquisition, development, and project execution.
Documentation & Contract Management
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
- Development Agreements
- Sale Agreements
- Conveyance Deeds
- Joint Development Agreements
- Powers of Attorney
- Commercial Contracts
- Vendor Agreements
- Ensuring legal documentation complies with applicable laws and internal policies.
RERA & Regulatory Compliance
- Advising on compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
- Supporting project teams in meeting statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector.
Land & Property Matters
- Conducting legal due diligence and title verification.
- Handling legal issues relating to land acquisition and property transactions.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with real estate projects.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Working closely with business, project, finance, and external legal consultants.
- Supporting negotiations with landowners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating with government authorities wherever required.
