- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience:
- 9 years of experience in handling legal matters, including:
- Contractual matters.
- Arbitration.
- Legislative issues.
- Land acquisition cases.
- 9 years of experience in handling legal matters, including:
For Officers:
- Officers must belong to Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, Statutory, Autonomous Organizations, or other Government Bodies.
- Must be:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, OR
- Having 5 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment in Level 11 (₹ 67,700 – ₹ 2,08,700) as per 7th CPC.
