Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Requirements:
- Full-time LL.B. (3 years or 5 years) from a recognized Indian University with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Desirable: Registration with the Bar Council of India and/or a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M).
- Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in roles such as Legal Assistant, Legal Trainee, Legal Executive on contract, Junior Advocate, or in a legal department of a PSU, tribunal, regulator, government body, or autonomous organization.
