Essential Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) specialization with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
Experience Required
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Relevant experience may include:
- IP litigation;
- IP transactions;
- IPR research; or
- Experience as a teaching assistant.
A strong research record in Intellectual Property will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of international intellectual property law, including international IP treaties, will also be considered an additional advantage.
