Duties and Responsibilities
- Good Knowledge Of Contract Law.
- Experience in Contract Drafting-Review of Agreement, Master Service.
- Good Command on drafting Agreement-Service Agreement, Purchase/sale Agreement/Vendor agreement/Business agreement.
- Work Experience in MIS Reporting.
- Assist the team in contract life cycle management.
- Assist in handling Compliance- Labor, HR/Branding/Finance
- Maintaining the record of the Contract.
- Research on legal issues.
Experience:
- BA.LLB/LLB/LLM passed.
- 2+ Experience in corporate field.
- 3Candidate needs to be aware of Commercial and Corporate laws.
- Having knowledge of International contractual laws and should have good research skills.
- Good command of the legal English language.
- Good drafting skills.
