Essential Qualification and Experience
Candidates must fulfil either of the following qualifications:
- LL.B. with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; OR
- LL.M. with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Relevant Experience
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Working as a Legal Adviser/Executive with a reputed company, Government Department, PSU or similar organization.
- Legal documentation and filing/representation of cases before courts.
- Contract management.
- Legal interpretation.
- Arbitration and related legal matters.
- Knowledge of various Acts, Rules and Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Government Departments, companies and other relevant entities.
