Eligibility Criteria:
- Advocates with 7 years or more experience at the Bar
Nature of Duties:
- Prosecution of court cases for NCB Zones
- Legal advice during ongoing investigations
- Guide in gathering quality evidence
- Develop expertise in presenting prosecution cases
- Monitor trial progress, submit court diaries
- Any other legal duties assigned by NCB
Terms and Conditions:
- Tenure: 3 years or until appointment of regular PP, whichever is earlier
- A contract must be signed including confidentiality, integrity, and non-compete clauses
- Private practice is not allowed during tenure
- Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice
- On termination/expiry, PP must immediately handover charge and records to successor
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email/telephone
- No TA/DA for interaction
