- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in:
- Computer Science Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Patent Agent
- LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputed law school
Experience Required
Applicants should have:
- 3–5 years of experience in patent prosecution at:
- A leading law firm,
- Intellectual Property (IP) service provider, or
- As an in-house Patent Agent/Patent Attorney.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in patent prosecution activities, including:
- Responding to Office Actions
- First Examination Reports (FERs)
- Examination Reports
- Opposition Proceedings
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of US, European (EP), and Indian Patent Laws
- Experience in patent drafting and prosecution
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple patent portfolios independently
