Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Professional Degree in Law:
- 3-year LL.B. after Graduation, OR
- 5-year Integrated LL.B. after 10+2.
- Must be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
Experience
- 08–10 years of legal work experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum 45 Years (as on 06 August 2026).
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research relating to aviation laws, contracts, arbitration, service matters, land acquisition, constitutional and administrative law.
- Drafting and vetting legal documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, affidavits, notices and legal opinions.
- Handling litigation before various Courts and Tribunals.
- Coordinating with advocates and various AAI offices.
- Preparing case briefs and legal reports.
- Maintaining litigation records and legal databases.
- Assisting in court matters and other legal assignments.

Other Important Information
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
- Qualification must be from a recognized university approved by the Bar Council of India.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Leave entitlement: 1.5 days per completed month of service.
