Whole-Time Member (Law) Vacancy at Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), New Delhi
Name of the Post: Whole-Time Member (Law)
Salary: Rs. 5.00 lakh per month (without facility of house and car)
Essential Qualification and Experience
- A person of ability, integrity, and standing with knowledge and experience in Law.
- At least 25 years of experience in Law leading to a senior position in the concerned organization.
- Should fulfill one of the following criteria:
- Government Servant: Worked as Joint Secretary in the Government of India or Additional/Special Secretary in a State Government for at least three years.
- Public Sector Official: Worked at least at one level immediately below the Board level for at least three years.
- Regulatory Body Officer: Worked as Executive Director or equivalent for at least three years.
- Private Sector Employee: Worked at the level of a functional head for at least five years in a company with an annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crore or more.
- Academics: Worked for at least five years as a Professor in the Department or faculty of a University.
