Atrangii TV operates the Atrangii App, a versatile video-on-demand platform offering a wide array of free-to-air and premium content, including popular shows and movies, ensuring a rich entertainment experience for Indian audiences.
Position Overview:
Atrangii TV is in search of individuals committed to a long-term partnership, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The selected candidates will be entrusted with various responsibilities outlined below:
Responsibilities:
- Drafting diverse agreements, encompassing Production Services, Licenses, and Acquisitions.
- Reviewing and vetting a variety of agreements and contracts.
- Coordination with clients.
- Drafting responses to notices and complaints.
- Handling non-litigation tasks of an ancillary nature.
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B degree required.
- LL.M qualification is an added advantage.
- Media & Entertainment Lawyer with pertinent experience in non-litigation domains.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
Remuneration:
Compensation and designation will be commensurate with the candidate’s prior experience.
