The National Legal Services Authority is inviting applications for the positions of Under Secretary and Section Officer on a deputation basis.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Under Secretary:
- Eligible candidates include officers from Central or State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.
- Required Experience:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
- Five years of regular service in Level-10 of the pay matrix (7th C.P.C).
- Seven years of regular service in Level-9 of the pay matrix or equivalent.
- Eight years of regular service in Level-8 of the pay matrix or equivalent.
- Educational Requirement: A degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent, with five years of experience in the field of Law, Administration, or Policy Making.
Section Officer:
- Eligible candidates include officials from Central or State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.
- Required Experience:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
- Assistant Section Officer/Assistant with two years of regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix or equivalent.
- Six years of regular service in Level-6 of the pay matrix or equivalent.
- Educational Requirement: A degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent, with experience in Legal Aid, Administration, and Establishment.
