Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Uniformly good academic record with a Degree in Law from a recognized University or a Premier Law School or College with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Must be enrolled as a Legal Practitioner and proficient in Arbitration Proceedings, Drafting Deeds, Petitions, and dealing with Court Cases.
- Knowledge of service rules applicable to University/State Government employees.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including experience as a practicing Lawyer in a High Court or in any Court not lower than District Court.
