Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist and monitor the Compliance product implementation process.
- Provide ongoing advice and solutions on Compliance product implementation and submission.
- Interact with customers on application features and functionality.
- Implement and configure application modules of the product suite.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team, providing input for product development.
- Offer pre-sales support as required.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on business requirements.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Education: CS (Semi-qualified) / LLB
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year, with preference for candidates with knowledge and experience in managing statutory compliances.
- Skills:
- Compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Word.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
