OR - With 2 years of regular service in Level 13A (7th CPC) / PB-4 with Grade Pay ₹8900 (pre-revised)
OR - With 3 years of regular service in Level 13 (7th CPC) / PB-4 with Grade Pay ₹8700 (pre-revised)
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis
- Professional Experience:
- Handling legal matters in a senior position in Central/State Government or any PSU
- Involvement in administrative, commercial, and contract law
- Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislations
