Essential Qualification and Experience:
- A degree in Arts/Science/Commerce along with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year at the Assistant Manager level.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Additional qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CWA (Cost and Works Accountant), MBA (Finance), LL.B., or FCS (Fellow Company Secretary) are preferred.
